Consultation
All treatments require a consultation before booking
This will be carried out online via Google Meets or In clinic (depending on the proposed treatment).
During the consultation you to will get to ask any questions about the procedure, check your suitability for treatment (with patch testing carried out if necessary) and ask any general questions.
For online consultations photos/videos will need to be sent in advance.
After your consultation a deposit will need to be paid to secure your treatment and you will then be booked in.
This deposit is also redeemable and goes towards the cost of your treatment.
Please note: If you choose to not go ahead or discontinue with treatment after a consultation, there will be no deposit or additional fees for you to pay.
Appointment Availability
Appointments are available Monday – Sunday until 8pm weekdays (7pm on Friday) and 6pm on weekends.
Please check our scheduling system to see when the next available times/days are for appointments.

This will need to be done a minimum of 24 hrs before your appointment and is done to test for any reactions or allergies you may have to the products we use during the procedure.
Patch testing will be usually be done during your full consultation. For returning clients, new test patches will be arranged individually.
Deposits & Booking Fees
A £10 booking fee is required for all online consultations which will can be used towards any treatment.
A £20 booking fee is required for all In-clinic consultations which will can be used towards any treatment.
