Consultation

All treatments require a consultation before booking

This will be carried out online via Google Meets or In clinic (depending on the proposed treatment).

During the consultation you to will get to ask any questions about the procedure, check your suitability for treatment (with patch testing carried out if necessary) and ask any general questions.

For online consultations photos/videos will need to be sent in advance.

After your consultation a deposit will need to be paid to secure your treatment and you will then be booked in.

This deposit is also redeemable and goes towards the cost of your treatment.

Please note: If you choose to not go ahead or discontinue with treatment after a consultation, there will be no deposit or additional fees for you to pay.

Appointment Availability

Appointments are available Monday – Sunday until 8pm weekdays (7pm on Friday) and 6pm on weekends.

Please check our scheduling system to see when the next available times/days are for appointments.

This will need to be done a minimum of 24 hrs before your appointment and is done to test for any reactions or allergies you may have to the products we use during the procedure.

Patch testing will be usually be done during your full consultation. For returning clients, new test patches will be arranged individually.

Deposits & Booking Fees

A £10 booking fee is required for all online consultations which will can be used towards any treatment.

A £20 booking fee is required for all In-clinic consultations which will can be used towards any treatment.

You can pay via debit card, credit card using Paypal by clicking the “Buy Now” button below or via the link generated in your booking confirmation.

Appointment Cancellations

All appointments booked have a 48hr cancellation policy. So if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment you will need to give at least 48hrs notice. Failure to do this will result in your deposit not being refunded and any deposits or booking fees will not be able to be redeemed against any future treatments.

Lateness

We understand things happen and on some occasions you may run late. If you know you will be running late, even if it is 5 minutes then please call us and/or text us to let us know.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, will not be able to go ahead with your scheduled appointment. We will try our best to accomodate you when you arrive or plan to arrive if we are able to later on that day or still see you if we do not have a client scheduled afterwards, but this cannot always be guaranteed. Adaptations to longer appointment will be made in order to still see you and carry out your appointment but will result in the some steps of the treatment not being carried out and/or shortened due to time restrains due to lateness. This could in some cases affect treatment efficacy and results.

The final decision on whether you will still be seen and for the treatment to be adapted is at the discretion of the company and practitioner carrying out treatment.

I have been coming to Ayshia for pigmentation treatment for my underarms. We have done 2 sessions so far of peels and dermapen and I can already see really good results and it’s a lot lighter already which I’m very happy about. She is a very lovely lady, kind and understanding and also gave me some good recommendations for lightening creams. She always checks on me after to mak sure I’m okay and how my skin is doing. Really recommend her business!

Happy with my how my face looks and how it went. Very good consultation and help with products. The chemical peel was not as scary as I thought and my skin looked good once it calmed down after abs feels really clear and smooth. Ayshia was very friendly but very professional and made it relaxing for me. Will be back probably next month to do my second one.

I’ve never had a facial before but wanted to get rid of some beard bumps I have and some dark spots. Ayshia was great with the consultation explaining what everything was and what I can do to reduce the bumps and get an even skin tone. I had a CC glow skin peel facial and one Green peel with mela white the next month. Bumps are reducing a lot and my skin is looking good!

So I have been putting of getting a peel for ages, but decided to finally give it a go and I'm happy I did, we had an initially meeting were my skin was tested and we discussed my skin problems and possible souloutions to help me reach my desired skin goal we decided on the cc pure peel and I came back a few days later to have it done and was still a bit scared but I was presently surprised firstly it was litrally like I having a mini facial it was very relaxing and each step was explained in detail, I have very sensitive skin but I didnt find it painful which was a relief slight tingling but other then that all fine after wards there was very minimal redness but I have found this with my skin even when using other products, Ayshia was really sweet and gave me a list of product recommendations for after care, I even sent her pictures are after and she was very helpful would defiantly recommend, my skin defiantly looked a lot more hwalthy after the treatment a lot of people commented on my skin can't recommend enough

Had an amazing consultation and then got a green peel done for the first time. As a client i felt really looked after and pampered all at the same time. I felt listened to and taken care of properly aswell. Great job, will be returning for sure!

I went to Ayshia for a green peel. She was extremely friendly and professional and gave me in depth advice before my treatment. She was really thorough during the peel and explained what each stage was.Her communication was great even after my appointment and she checked in a couple of times to see how I was during the downtime.I’ve had this peel before but Ayshia definitely provided the best experience and I will be going back in the future!
